When will my order arrive?
We will show a production and delivery estimate before accepting orders. We are not making a delivery-date promise during this preview.
What if I change my mind?
For standard, non-personalised goods bought online in the UK, you normally have 14 days after delivery to tell us you want to cancel, then a further 14 days to return the goods. We will publish the return address and full return instructions before the shop opens.
What about personalised items?
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are normally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. Simply printing a standard house-cat design to order does not make it personalised.
What if an item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us investigate, but your statutory rights are not conditional on providing them.
Where should I send a return?
Please contact us before sending anything back. Our returns address will be confirmed before paid orders open. Do not send returns to the print supplier.
