Visiting the website

Our hosting and security systems process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser and requested pages, to serve and protect the site. Essential session and basket functions may use cookies or local storage. We do not ask you to upload a cat photograph or make a real payment during this preview.

Contacting us

If you email us, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and manage that correspondence. Please do not email payment-card details or identity documents.

Personalised portraits

The public portrait service is not open. Before photo uploads become available, we will publish the processing, supplier and retention details for that service, including how to delete a photograph or unused preview.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, and object to or ask us to restrict certain processing. Some rights depend on the circumstances. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

This preview notice will be expanded with the business address, applicable lawful bases, retention periods and complete service-provider details before the shop opens.
