Delivery, prices & returns.

Studio preview

Checkout uses test payments and sends test orders to our fulfilment sandbox. No real payment is taken and no physical goods are produced.

United Kingdom

Standard delivery is £4.95, with free delivery on baskets of £75 or more. Notebooks and card packs include UK delivery at any order value. Adding a print or mug to a stationery order uses the standard basket delivery rate.

United States

Art prints, framed prints and mugs are available for US delivery. Standard delivery is £9.95, free on baskets of £125 or more. Our current notebooks and greeting card packs are available for UK delivery only.

A little about delivery

Free-delivery thresholds use the value of the products before coupon discounts, excluding delivery. Orders are made to order and different products may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery choices and the final charge appear at checkout.

Prices & currency

Prices and checkout totals are in British pounds (GBP). The currency selector displays an approximate US dollar equivalent; checkout and invoices remain in GBP. Your card provider determines any currency conversion charges.

Product images & test orders

The images are illustrated product visualisations, rather than photographs of finished samples. Test orders create no physical goods, so there is nothing to dispatch or return.

The briefing studio keeps your selected photo in your browser. Saving a brief downloads it to your device. It does not send us a photo, generate an illustration or place a personalised order.
